Above is a picture of our house before the stucco was removed and replaced with siding. Xteria was responsible for roofing, gutters, removal of the stucco, adding new trim around the windows and doors, installing the siding, and painting the whole house. We did the woodwork on the bay window, entry door, and balcony.
We are very happy with our contractor, Steve Caposio of Xteria Roofing and Remodeling. Steve's bid for our work was fairly priced and he set high standards for quality workmanship. In addition Steve was easy to work with and made excellent design suggestions. We appreciated his guidance and management of our project. Compared to the several contractors that have worked on our house, Steve's quality of work and customer skills help him stand head and shoulders above our other contractors. Below is a picture of our house after the facelift. We have had multiple neighbors that we hardly know stop their cars in front of our driveway, and share with us that they are delighted with the results. This was very unexpected.
