You can reach Dell at LinkedIn or through the HP retirees club or you can email him at dellfischer at hotmail.com. You will need to replace the "at" with an "@" symbol. This is done to help eliminate automated email harvesting used by spammers. Dell reads his hotmail email about once a week depending on how busy he is.
