About our designer, Stan Royer

Our house's original design was not well executed and had not been remodeled since it was built in 1972. Since we did not have experience in remodeling and we have no formal design training, we looked for a designer to assist us.  We interviewed a number of designers but we were not satisfied with any until we met Stan Royer.

Stan has been very helpful to us.  One of his early messages is that we needed to choose unifying design elements to give the house an overall design theme. Stan's expertise and insights have enabled us to transform our tired and outdated house into a beautiful and cohesive home.  He is creative and has a strong attention to details that make a difference. Stan listened to us and created unique solutions to fit our needs.

Stan guided us with artistic flair and patience through the remodel of our four bedroom, three bathroom house. Stan is also a wonderful landscape architect and created the design for our front and back yards. We were very lucky to find Stan and we very much appreciate his work. Below is a picture of our front yard and backyards. His work on the gardens and the backyard fence have greatly enhanced our house.  We are very happy with the results.
